Digital Product Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery:
Digital products purchased through PathPlotter (personalized route guides, ready-made guides, etc.) are delivered in digital format (PDF, Word, Google Maps links) to the specified e-mail address after the payment process is completed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

  • For personalized products, no refunds will be made after the digital content is delivered. Cancellation requests are accepted until the information form is sent after the payment is completed for personalized guide services.

  • For ready-made digital guides, cancellations and refunds cannot be made after the purchase is completed.

3. Update and Change Requests:
In the delivered personalized guides, minor changes and updates can be requested free of charge once. Additional fees are charged for further update requests. Updates cannot be made to ready-made routes.

4. Support and Communication:
For questions about digital products, change requests, or technical support, please contact us at hello@pathplotter.org. Our support team will respond to your requests within 3 business days at the latest.
