Cancellation and Change Policy

As PathPlotter, our cancellation and change processes for personalized guides and ready-made routes are as follows:

  1. Personalized Guides:

    • You can request a cancellation after the payment is completed and until the information form is sent.

    • Once the information form is sent, the guide preparation process begins and the right of cancellation ends.

    • Once the route plan is delivered, no refunds can be made as it is a personalized service. However, one-time small change or update requests are accepted.

  2. Ready Routes:

    • Since ready routes are sent digitally, cancellations and refunds cannot be made.
