Cancellation and Change Policy
As PathPlotter, our cancellation and change processes for personalized guides and ready-made routes are as follows:
Personalized Guides:
You can request a cancellation after the payment is completed and until the information form is sent.
Once the information form is sent, the guide preparation process begins and the right of cancellation ends.
Once the route plan is delivered, no refunds can be made as it is a personalized service. However, one-time small change or update requests are accepted.
Ready Routes:
Since ready routes are sent digitally, cancellations and refunds cannot be made.
