PathPlotter User Agreement

1. Parties and Scope
This agreement has been created between PathPlotter (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and the user who is a member of the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) in order to regulate the terms of use of the platform and the membership process. By becoming a member of the platform, the user is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

2. Membership and Terms of Use
2.1. Membership begins with users registering with a valid e-mail address and filling out the membership form completely.
2.2. The user accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. In case of misleading information, membership will be canceled and all rights will be lost.
2.3. Membership becomes active when approved by the Platform. Services cannot be used until the membership process is completed.

3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The user agrees to use the content and services on the platform for personal use only.
3.2. The user cannot use the platform in an unlawful manner. In case of misuse of the services, membership may be suspended or canceled.
3.3. The user is obliged to keep his/her password and account information confidential. He/she is responsible for any damages that may arise in case of sharing it with third parties.

4. Purchase and Payment
4.1. Digital product/service purchases made through the Platform are made using the specified payment methods.
4.2. The user accepts that the product/service he/she has chosen will be sent digitally via e-mail after completing the payment process.
4.3. Cancellation of personal guides can only be made after payment is completed and until the information form is sent to us.

Cancellation and refund cannot be made for ready-made guides.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information shared by users on the platform is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users can review the Privacy Policy to obtain more information about the processing of their personal data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the platform (texts, graphics, images, etc.) belongs to PathPlotter. Content cannot be copied, shared or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Validity of the Agreement and Termination
This agreement is valid for the duration of the user's membership. The user may cancel his/her membership at any time. PathPlotter reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and terminate the user's membership.

8. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, Consumer Courts and Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into force
By approving this agreement, the user is deemed to have accepted all terms. The agreement enters into force with membership and becomes binding between the parties.
